privacy automation is real!

I had just signed up for the Premium service through my iPad and found that the subscription did not easily translate to my phone. I contacted Customer Service and promptly received a message from a real human being who understood my problem and offered me two solutions. The issue will take a few more days to resolve, since internally Jumbo is still working to make cross-platform use seamless - and that's ok with me. As long as I know I have a connection to a human being who is cares and is going to help me solve my problem, I'm good! Especially with a product as important, useful and well done as Jumbo. Thank you!

The team responded to my issue in a very thorough and timely manner, it is rare that they are so courteous. I feel safe with the app checking suspicious activity in the background so I am always covered. I would rate this app more stars if they were available!
