Fantastic app and great customer support. I love what they offer and I am really impressed by the level of care they put into their product and the customer interactions. I have enjoyed using Jumbo and will continue to use it. I feel safer browsing on my phone with it on.

Since I got jumbo I have lost so much data it’s unbelievable. Before I had them I never lost any data . And they always send out theses daily reports that your data is safe . Well it was not at all . I lost everything for two months.

Hi Ronald! We spoke via e-mail and I've issued you a refund since you were dissatisfied with our product. In case anyone else sees this review and is wondering, Jumbo does not interact with the data allotment that your cellular phone provider issues you. Instead, Jumbo scans the dark web to make sure that your personal information isn't stolen or hacked. This personal information is a different type of "data". High cellular data usage isn't related to hackers and "data leaks" (although they share the word data), they are something different. I can guarantee that Jumbo isn't the cause of your high data usage but we also can't prevent it from happening. This is something that you will need to manage on your own in regards to your browsing habits, e.g. watching YouTube, downloading apps off of wi-fi, etc.
Disappointed
Very good at protecting your device & responding promptly to any concerns. Great App!

**editing this pretty negative review from a 1 to a 4 star. I received a prompt, comprehensive and apologetic email from them today (one day after the review) explaining their situation and am favorably impressed with the effort that went in to it. Excellent service, so far! Does anyone out there (echo! echo!) actually use Jumbo Privacy, for protecting your online presence? I’ve looked extensively and cannot find clear/ transparent/ easy to locate PRICING information or CONTACT information on their sites. In fact it’s clearly very *deliberately* hidden - which gives me pause about allowing them access to so much personal data. If you’re not straight forward with customers, why should we trust you?? The most counter-intuitive (for a CUSTOMER) UX I’ve seen in ages. There are certain pieces of information everyone looks for on sites like this and they’re ALL obscured. Lots of CTAs pushing downloading the “free” app (actually “free download” just means it’s free to push the button…. super skuzzy tactic), which just tricks people into losing $100+ after a week when they don’t realize they need to cancel or are automatically subscribed. So where is the up-front, easy to find, crystal clear BASIC information which anyone doing due diligence would need to see PRIOR to clicking the button to “purchasing” a “free” product?

I'am really impressed with Jumbo. Their app does everything they say it will do and more. I had alot of spam and a virus, and after the second day after downloading their program I was rid of spam and the virus, I was quite impressed and relieved. If you got a real problem, it can't hurt to give their program a try. You lose nothing out of pocket by downloading their program, but you will gain so much more peace of knowing you are protected by keeping their program on your phone and (or) computers.
