Decided I really didn’t want the app after seeing the $99 price. Not that it’s a huge amount of money, but as a retiree I choose how to spend my money carefully. I couldn’t figure out how to delete the app. After an e mail, Jumbo got back to me with instructions. Thanks.

JUMBO is a little-known secret of a neighborhood outside of NYC. It lies, as the initials imply, underneath the Manhattan Bridge overpass, in a tiny pocket of Brooklyn which happens to have some of the best views of the City. JUMBO PRIVACY, the internet security product, shares much with its namesake - it is small, easy to overlook, but filled with unexpected value. Led by a team that regards every customer as a potential convert, they offer the most transparent and friendly trial I've ever seen. If I had one suggestion, it would be that they explain more about the very real risks of the new exploding metaverse and exactly how we can safeguard ourselves with their new security products.

I can’t recommend Jumbo’s service highly enough. I opened their app and subsequently discovered that Jumbo was unsuitable for my device. I had a few days free trial but deleted the app. However, I was charged for Jumbo not realising deleting the app did not delete my subscription. When I wrote to jumboprivacy.com with my complaint I received an immediate reply and a refund. In the meantime I had discovered how to delete subscriptions through Settings but Jumbo had already done it for me at their end. You are safe with Jumbo and I definitely recommend using them to keep your data safe on devices such as Android and IOS. Sincerely, Catherine Delin, Australia

I recently submitted my first support request for Jumbo Privacy. My request was acknowledged quickly and professionally. Seems like Support for Jumbo Privacy is equally as good as the app itself!
