JUMBOReviews of jumboprivacy.com

The Jumbo App was great to use especially for an old bloke like myself. The Jumbo Team were awesome to deal with, understanding & solved my issue with ease. Can’t highly recommend this app & their team enough. Well don’t Jumbo

I have been using Jumbo Privacy for a few years now and watched them grow into something fantastic. They have always resolved any issues I had extremely quickly and professionally. Now using the ‘Family Protect’ feature, which I have been waiting for years to see - I am very excited on where they will take it next. FANTASTIC works team over the last few years - Congratulations

I contacted Jumbo and explained that I was charged, and it was a mistake. They immediately, refunded my money. In my opinion, that was great because they didn't hassle me.

I had difficulty cancelling my subscription and was charged on card. They understood my concern and refunded my payment. Fast, curtious and done deal. Thanks so much

I was experiencing some issues with upgrading my Jumbo account. I reached out to Customer Service for assistance. I was Extremely Pleased with the Prompt reply and easy to follow advice to resolve it. I am VERY Pleased with my decision to switch to Jumbo for account protection!! I am elderly, retired educator and Extremely “Computer Technically Challenged” person. Switching to Jumbo was the Best Decision I have made!!

The app is fantastic. Unfortunately i cannot afford the Pro subscription. For a misunderstanding Jumbo charge me for a subscription but the team was able to resolve the problem in less than an hour. Great app and great service

I don't really like my data to flow freely or my security to be compromised. Jumbo offers quality protection and I'm really happy with it. On top of that, the customer service is very responsive, which is great. The application is regularly updated and small bugs are fixed. So I can only recommend Jumbo. Thanks to them.

Amazing team, amazing CEO. Got a full year of Jumbo Pro for free - I‘m a student and currently don‘t have money. What amazing people. This app does everything - from stopping tracking to detecting breaches your email adress has been (or still is) in, plus there even is an option to get your data removed from the darknet. Just amazing. Thank you guys!!
