Great customer service. The best I've ever dealt with.

Very customer oriented...my issue was resolved the same day...

I asked Jumbo Privacy to cancel my trial subscription. One of the chaps gave me a number to call but it was in USA, so I spent money calling him. He said that as I paid via Apple Pay, they could not refund me although he was sympathetic. So now I am charged £97 plus. I did tell them on Trustpilot that I did not want to subscribe, but I bought on the iPad via Apple so only they can refund me. I am a very unhappy old woman. I do not need the Service but nobody will help me. Apple earn a fortune out of apps but refuse to refund customers , so do not buy expensive items from them.

The Jumbo President and Jumbo Team Members provide excellent timely service regarding the Jumbo App itself and the privacy and security it provides thru it subscription as well as other links connected to my computer and smart phone. The Jumbo Team’s services are thourough and instructional and complete. Thank you Jumbo.

I am in the trial period and there were 7 breaches found going back to 2012 and only one this year. Most were sites I do not use. Do they charge monthly as I do not want to pay for a whole year as I am in my late 80s and not in good Health. I mainly use iPads and my iPhone. Any advice appreciated as I only have 2 days free trial left.

***AVOID*** Never provide a free trial & charged us straight away. This “company” stole £149.99 from our bank account even though we tried to decline. Please take note they took the money out straight away without providing a free trial
