Watch out for scams on Jtv.com looking at jewelry this evening and I was looking at a moissanite ring and necklace set and it clearly states the following Material-Platineve® Material-Color-White Density-Solid but the necklace picture shows 925 which means it is silver. They do not sell solid platineve, it's just a coating. (Platineve is gold and platinum metal mix).

This company just I gave my information to used my credit card to purchase 2 items that I did not order. Someone just committed fraud. Thank heavens I have an alert on my credit card.. they charged 559.00 US dollars on my card. Fraudulent. In the USA and charged to CANADA.

I have been a customer of JTV since 1998. Until last year, everything I have ordered from them was exceptionally excellent! I just discovered that these charlatans, rogues, scoundrels, & thieves have been cheating me! On June 09, 2024, I saw a 14.71ctw Chrome Diopside necklace that I had had my eye on for at least a year on sale for $150.03! It had been listed for $189.99 for the longest time, and the necklace had even gone up to JTV's retail price of $541.99 for a week, or so. At $150.03 (odd number right ~ that's how I remembered that fabulously low price, & my OCD highlights numbers in my brain) I grabbed it, knowing that $150.03 was going to be JTV's rock bottom price for this fabulous necklace & all orders over $75 are free shipping, too, & I opted for stretch pay ~ 5X StretchPay (5 payments, no interest, a 1/5 payment every 2 weeks) Mazel tov 🥂 NOT💥 Last Friday, July 26, 2024, I was going over my finances, and I discovered upon checking up on my order history at JTV . com, that my fabulously low price of $150.03 had been increased to 195.12 which includes $4.99 for the shipping cost! I called to purchase a bracelet advertised for $99.99 and free shipping. The price ordering it online was different so I called in. Turns out the one in gold color is $119.99 and I have to pay for shipping and tax of course. I had to convince the operator that I was watching it as we spoke and the price stated was $99.99 but her computer didn’t agree so I had no other option than to pay the higher price and shipping. Ridiculous. It took 25 minutes on the phone just to complete one order. If I hadn’t really wanted it, all the misrepresentation, would have made me just not get it. Very disappointing, I doubt I’ll ever order anything from jtv again.

I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered beads which were on sale and for some reason the shipment was returned to company enroute to me. It took me over a month to receive credit and then it was discounted $30.00 and removed from my account (I was charged 59.00 for the beads but received a 29.00 credit). I will pay them in full and not give my business to them. They are not trust worthy.

I purchased a clearance alexandrite/tanzanite ring for my elderly mom for this past M Day. The ring is beautiful and she loves it. A side stone catches when it comes in contact with clothing and now the center stone is loose, she has had it 2 days. She does not want to the ring sent back or sent back for repair and cried for me not to. They do not have another so I cant exchange it. I called and spoke to Charlie at JTV asking for a refund for some of what I paid so I could have a local jeweler do the repairs same day service. He not only said no he was a bully and rude. I read several reviews that stones in settings from JTV were fake...Im praying this is not the case. I will do two things: 1. have a reputable gemologist state if the ring is worth what I paid and verify the stones are real 2. if yes I will pay him or her to do repairs in one day so mom will be happy. If no I will send it back for a full refund I called 3 local jewelery stores and they all quoted a cost of between$157-200 for verification and repairs. I was really excited about this purchase but it has been very stressful. Why dont companies realize happy customers lead to more sales and unhappy ones lead to bad reviews????

I called customer service to find out why my account was blocked. I have been a customer for over 8 years have purchased several thousands of dollars of merchandise through stretch pay. She informed me that a $17 balance was owed from 2017 which I never received any collection notices for and because of that now they blocked my account. I was told even if I paid the $17 my stretch pay privileges were taken away. I am not a child I have perfect credit you bring up something 7 years ago after I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of products on stretch pay and have always paid on time now you can take JTV and all your products and put it with the sun don't shine. I will never order again from this company such poor management to take away stretch pay from a perfect paying responsible customer for over 7 years because of $17 now you bring this up. I will take you off my channel as well. Bye-bye JTV

We purchased a ring in December. In April one of the diamonds fell out. My fiancé purchased the ring online and when I called to send it for repair they refused to speak to me even though I just wanted an address to send it in. He spoke to them and we sent the ring for repair. We received an email that the repair will cost $35 after owning the ring for 4 months. I called to pay the fee. They spoke to my fiance who was at work and got his permission to speak to me. I was transferred to another person who told me the first lady was “mistaken” and there was no way they could take a credit card number from me because it is not my account. I just wanted to pay the fee and get my ring back. We leave for Mexico in 2 weeks to get married and I have no ring. A ring should last longer than 4 months without a stone falling out in the first place considering I work from home and only put the ring on when I leave the house. It wasn’t even consistently worn in those 4 months. I won’t ever order jewelry online from this company again and dealing with their customer service is ridiculous.
