The Joyride Harness is great. Easy to use, and my dogs seem to love it. Fits them well, and is so much better than just using a collar when taking them to the Vet. So much safer when using it with the doggie seatbelt in the car, and at all times.

I recently was in a terrible car accident. My 2dogs were in their joyride harnesses with seatbelt harnesses. These harnesses saved their lives. I encourage everyone to purchase and use these every time they take their dogs in a car!!

My contacts with customer service would rate more than a five star rating because of the sincere interest and resolution of my concern with a recent order for two harnesses. Unfortunately one of the two replacement harnesses is already fraying at a seam. My first Joyride harness (purchased years ago) is still in A+ condition. It’s my recent purchases/exchanges that don’t seem to be the same quality. A+ for design— but B- for materials and workmanship. Because of the design, I will still be a loyal customer..

Great product. Love the comfort and ease. I would have given 5 stars, but I would preferred the website to have more info on proper adjusting, use of the side rings and cleaning. No instructions whatsoever came with the harnesses.

I have a very willful and joyful BeBull (beagle and bulldog) a mix of stubborn and more stubborn. She loves to walk and I love to walk her, but the pulling against a normal collar made it almost impossible—and very frustrating for both of us. The Joyride Harness changed both of our attitudes. She didn’t magically become docile, but she was far easier to control and direct. Walks are fun again for both of us. I don’t know if you can ask for more than that. We were very excited to use this harness when it came. Our pit mix pulls a lot and, after doing a bunch of research, this was the best reviewed and recommended harness for what we needed. HOWEVER - we used it ONCE, and the part on the top that attached the ring to the harness gave way. The stitching came undone. Because of that, it could only be used that one time and it couldn’t be returned due to policy. I’m extremely disapproved as it took almost a month to actually receive and there were no mentions in the reviews of this being an issue
