Disappointed
This was not as advertised. I do not understand the engineering process behind deciding a Velcro strap around the chest of a 70 pound dog as sufficient for restraint from getting loose. The item has been returned for A FULL REFUND. Also, you failed to apply the $10 credit as promised after processing. Please STOP emailing and texting me. Edit: 4/15/22 I watched the YouTube videos twice to ensure I was applying the harness correctly. I also practiced with it at home before going to the park. The harness does NOT stay secure even when fitted properly. Please be more transparent with your advertising and disclose that there is a Velcro strap across the chest. Once again, you have not addressed the fact that you didn’t apply the discount. I find your company to be disorganized and too quick to expect more purchases when one was just made. And you continue to bombard my phone and email account with promotions and advertisements after being asked not to.

Hi Olivia, I am sorry to say if your dog was able to walk out of the harness. It was not on correctly. The velcro strap when placed on correctly tightens when the dog pushes on it. It does secure on the inside of the harness. We do have a blog post that breaks down how to put on the harness. You can check it out at the following link: https://joyrideharness.com/blogs/news/how-to-put-on-the-joyride-harness Just in case you would like to give us another try. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. Also I am not sure where the $10 dollar credit was from but if you email our help team. We are happy to look into it further for you.
