Initial order arrived swiftly
Initial order arrived swiftly; tried them on my dogs and immediately mailed back the same day for size exchange. The replacements took an awfully long time to arrive but, they’re here and they work. One concern that I have is the placement of the very large buckle. There is not any harness padding beneath it so I am very worried about accidentally pinching my dogs skin when clipping it together. I also think that it may bother them or be uncomfortable at the buckle. So far they seem fine.

Love this harness and plan on gettig…
Love this harness and plan on gettig another. So simple to put on and my Koda doesn't run away from it like the other harness we replaced.

Harness is very sturdy and well made
Harness is very sturdy and well made. I have a very strong willed Aussie that just turned a year old. It doesn’t stop her from pulling, which is what I believed it was supposed to do. I still use it because it’s better than a choke chain.

I want to like this harness
I want to like this, I really do. You are very nice and responsive people! Unfortunately, our puppy really did not like your harness and your return policy does not allow us to send it back, so I’m out $50 for something we can’t use.

Hi Barb, You emailed us and stated the harness was chewed by your dog. "Thanks! We did receive our order. Unfortunately, our puppy is not a fan and has been chewing at it like crazy. Not sure if we are able to return for refund as it has definitely been chewed. I so wanted it to work for her! …" This is the reason we were not able to take it back and process a refund. Unfortunately this is stated in our warranty.

Double check your cart
When we ordered the harness that we really wanted/needed--a popup said we could order a second for half price. So, we decided to get one for our older/bigger dog. I picked a nice colorful rainbow one and paid for them both. Then--I looked at the confirmation and it showed a blue plaid one as our second one! As soon as I saw that (immediately) I sent an email hoping they would fix the error before shipping. But, no reply--so I sent another email because I was concerned that the company wasn't legitimate--or they should surely respond to my email. By the time they did reply, it was too late and they just said that we could return the wrong colored one. I don't like to return things and it wasn't the end of the world, but we wouldn't have purchased the second one if we knew only Blue plaid was available.

Best poop bags!
Joyride has the best poop bags! I buy several boxes at a time. There is a small opening for your finger to slip through at the tear strip making it SO much easier to tear off a bag.
