Very pleased with this harness. We have an 86 pound dog and we feel secure when he is wearing this on his walks. He pulls less and we feel he is more comfortable wearing it. Shipped quickly. Excellent product, we highly recommend this harness.

Thank you so much Nancy.

I received the joyride harness in a timely manner and it works well with my Corgi who likes to pull. I have safer control over him with this type harness - which is also easy to put on him.

Thank you so much. Happy to hear that. :)

The clasp sits right under my dogs armpit and rubs against her with every step. If it were set further down her chest it wouldn't be a problem, but it abraded her armpit and left a big sore that scabbed over after one 3 mile run. Bad design.

We appreciate you writing in with your concern. We are sorry to hear about this. Your dog's comfort is very important to us and something we keep in mind when designing the Joyride Harness. If the buckle is rubbing, then we believe that harness needs to be adjusted for proper sizing and fit. If there is any friction or rubbing behind the leg then we recommend loosening up the front Velcro strap, so the harness sits further back on the dog. This should create enough distance between the buckle and the leg.

The harness rides up. My small dog backed himself right out of it. And it does not stop pulling.

Hi Linda, It sounds like the harness is not properly fitted. This article reviews the best way to properly fit/adjust and use our harness, hopefully this helps a bit! https://joyrideharness.com/blogs/news/how-to-put-on-the-joyride-harness

Had to exchange a medium size for a small, and it was an easy experience. The new harness is a little small, since my small dog has a very wide chest with a lion's mane to boot! She needs to lose weight, so we're hoping she will fit into the small sometime soon. Haven't been able to try it out yet, but it looks like a great harness for control and comfort.

Actually I wasn't making it tight enough and she slipped out of it twice. So now I'm making it tighter! It just keep her from pulling me which is important because I walk with a cane, cuz of my bad back. She was pulling me a lot before I got this harness. It helps me control her better!

We do recommend a snug fit Not tight. No more than 1-2 fingers under the harness. That is the best fit. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
