I love the way my Coco fits in her Joyride Harness! I have bought a few expensive harness, but they don't work or fit right on your pet. I'm very please with my order. From the time I placed the order to delivery date... wow! I'm very satisfied. Alot of the pet owners have noticed a difference in Coco since her new harness. It looks great, comfortable and I'm not struggling with my dog! Thank you for an amazing product!!!

I heard about this harness from a friend, My wife uses it more then I do but we both love the handle for lifting the dog into the truck, and the easy way the setup is to get the harness on and off. Bottom line this is the best harness we have ever had for our dogs.

This is our favorite harness! It’s nice and easy to put it on since there’s only one buckle. Fits like a glove. Grateful for this company’s exchange policy since I had to size down. The side buckles are great for biking and keeping the dog attached to my side.

I received the X/S for my Chiwawa. It was still too big. I have a bigger mut that fits so I will keep it.

This is the best company one great customer service and I have purchased two harnesses . The harnesses are the best quality and easy to put on my dog. If you have questions you email them and they will email you back quickly.

The customer service and warrantee was not consistent with what they say. Buyer beware if you are trying to get it replaced and you bought on Amazon. I specifically paid the same, got the same harness and paperwork but was not given a replacement because it was bought through Amazon. Stand behind your product!!! Also the customer service representative replied over several days with cryptic questions back to me.

Horrible service! They sent an xs instead of xl for a large golden retriever. In 5 days and 7-8 contact attempts e-mail to message I am still without response. The phone number is automated and will cut you off at any time and will hang up when their message is completed! I have filled out exchange forms 3 time for reason of return and only get ‘bot’ returns!! Warning Red Flag for questionable true business practices!! Danger!!!
