Totally Disappointed
Purchased a Medium since website said for 40 lbs and above. Regretfully, my 2.5 yr old, 44lb Golden was diagnosed with mast cell cancer immediately after ordering the harness. She required surgery for a tumor under her front right ‘armpit’ followed by 21 rounds of radiation. Because a the surgery & horrible radiation burns it was months before we could use the harness. When we went to use it the first time it was swimming on her! She was 40lbs, which is the cut off for the medium harness, but it was huge on her. I phoned customer service explaining the situation and asking if I could exchange the harness for a size small. (Remember, I had yet to use it.) However, they denied my request because it was not within a six-month time period. The harness was the least of my concerns during that time! I am deeply disappointed & cannot recommend this company.
