The pugs life harness I purchased befor this harness has been the best for my 12.5 lb. Jack Russel Chihuahua mix. This joy ride harness seems the same but my little 7 lb Chihuahua is always backing right out of it. I HAVE ADJUSTED IT SEVERAL DIFFERENT WAYS, but he always manages to back out of it when he is scared. I have cinched down the body as small as it will go. I'M still using it cause it is all I have, but he is almost a year old and don't see him getting any bigger. I still think the pug harness is the best on the market.

The best harnesses I ever bought!

I tried this harness on my 55lb Staffie. He is very good on the leash. During a walk, the clip on the side came undone. I told him to stop, he did and I clip the leash to his collar. I dont like clips, I prefer buckles. I almost lost a malinois because of a clip.

Great harness so comfortable for our little Belle.

The side clasp has the potential to pinch your dog. It happened to me once. I’m very careful now when putting it on my dog. Now I just pinch my fingers.

Easy and a much safer option than any other collar.

Great harness. Well built and most importantly, our dog loves wearing it on our daily outings.

Expensive. Hard to put on the dog without getting dog’s hair caught in it. Dog could get his jaws around it & chew it no matter how much we fussed with the fit. He has destroyed 2 & refuses to wear the one we bought to replace those. Terrible investment. I can not recommend.
