Unbelievably bad experience. I placed an order for March 2019, that’s a year ago. Needed to exchange for a bigger size. Sent back the item and heard nothing back. Got tired of the ghosting by pug life and finally did a charge back to get my money back. 3 months after that, got an email asking what I wanted to exchange the harness for. Now a year later they actually asked for a Trust Pilot review? Unbelievable!

I have four dogs and have purchased four harnesses. Three work great. The one for my dachshund doesn’t work very well. No matter what I do the strap that goes under comes loose. He’s gotten out of his harness twice. I’ll probably go back to using his old one. At least it works.

Overall I believe the harness is very well made. I retrieve it from the closet and Bogie, my Catahoula Cur mix, runs to me knowing he is going for a ride. However all is not perfect. The plastic used for the adjustment parts of the harness are not strong enough, and broke within several months of usage. I repaired it by locking in his size with screws, but obviously the harness is no longer adjustable. I recommend using either a stronger plastic, or change to metal adjustment parts.
