Love the harness, but it does not stop my dog from pulling in anyway at all. I love the fit, I love the color, I love the style it just doesn't work for her to stop pulling. My dog is a stubborn rednose year old pitbull. I'm sure this has something to do with the pulling. She will eventually learn, and is learning. Again, I really love the harness.

These harnesses are great! They seem to be comfortable. I have a pug and a Shih-Tzu. The Shih-Tzu can somehow get out of it when he wants to. I feel like it is tight on him but he still can squirm when he has his mind set. I have to watch him and make sure it is snug. That is the only reason i didn't give a 5 star.

I initially was very happy with the harness, however the adjustment on the strap does not stay fixed resulting in our Sheltie mix getting free from the harness on three occasions.

Please keep in mind that we offer a 365 day warranty on our harnesses which will cover defective items. Hi, Terrence, I am very sorry for your experience. Just to give an idea of the complete shipping time. From placing the order to receiving. We checked with our warehouse and shipping team on shipping times. Placing an order and processing takes 2-3 days to wrap up. Then we ask to allow 7-10 business days for the new, shiny order to be delivered. Depending on USPS and weekends and/ or Holidays. Sometimes it is longer. I apologize if your order took longer than expected. We do appreciate the feedback. We will work on the shipping and processing time.
