It works great

customer service was great, but my dog could slip the collar. she is 11 lbs and flew away from me, I was glad I was in a park not walking her along a busy road.

I love these harnesses for my small dogs!!

I like the Harness and want to add more stars but the wife doesn't like the location of the rear plastic snaps. She's made comment that they rub the dog. She feels it would be better to have the snaps higher where they would not touch the dog. For the amount of time it is on the dog during use I don't feel it is a problem but she does. Then again she has problems with the portion of a car seat belt across the chest, LOL.

It looks like a great harness, but it didn’t stay on my dog...in fact, the Velcro kept coming off and on the off chance that it did stay on, if I pulled it to get my dog to go in a different direction, it would come off and then she could get loose. I didn’t feel confident using it. The harness didn’t fit where the Velcro connected because the front couldn’t be tightened enough. There wasn’t enough to strap it to. I bought the leash to go with it as well and it works fine, but I wish that it was longer. I do like how sturdy it is and the loop that allows you to hold your dog closer. If I could make a suggestion for the harness it would be to get rid of the Velcro and just make an adjustable clip on the back to avoid a sensitive area when trying to remove it and avoid the whole problem with the harness coming off. Needless to say, I don’t use it anymore and I feel like I wasted my money.

I was very disappointed with customer service. I ordered 2 harnesses. They didn’t fit well. My chihuahua had a broad chest so I thought I’d get a small. Anyway, story aside, I left Facebook messages emails and voicemails and never heard from them. When I finally received an email response, my time to return had lapsed and they did nothing. Will not do business with them again.
