This harness is a lifesaver for my dog
This harness is a lifesaver for my dog. With a collar he would pull and if her saw something that distracted him he would lunge and I was so afraid he would ruin his trachea. With the harness I know there is no danger.

The best harness ever !!!
The best harness ever !!!! We have a Frenchie and he is sooo strong ! It works so well and he walks so much better now

Easy on-Easy off
Easy on, Easy off---makes walking my rescue Poodle a pleasure for both of us. A harness as compared to a collar type leash is far safer for our pets.

I am pleasantly surprised with my experience with Joyride Harness. We had an issue with a harness we bought that broke. When I expressed my frustration with being unable to contact customer service, they contacted me and sent me a new harness to replace the broken harness. Thank you for stepping up!

A little disappointed
I think the harness I received is nice n made well. I was however not pleased with my interaction with the seller. I have an elderly pug that needs help getting up and has to be carried up and down steps n on n off furniture. I made several attempts to ask if this was an actual lift harness. I have a bad back n need the extra few inches a lift harness would give so I can get her from the floor into my arms. They literally never answered my question. They answered me once but it was as though they didn't even take the time to read my short email and their response was about something completely different and not helpful at all. I needed the harness asap and it's not the lift type even though it has a handle. I sent three emails asking the same question which wasn't hard to understand. Ultimately I kept the harness n can't afford to buy another n it's a done deal. They should take more care in their responses. This was important.

It's been over a week and no harness
It's been over a week and no harness If they are having trouble filling or mailing the order a little communication would be nice.
