I really like this harness - however, although she doesn’t seem uncomfortable, the straps still pinch at her armpits. She is boxer and St Bernard and has the very drastic deep chest of a boxer with a quick drop to her abdomen. I suspect as she fills in and shows more St B I’ll be able to find a better fit. She doesn’t seem to mind it at all - it’s very easy to out on, and I really appreciate how substantial the handle is- we were attacked by a pit bull and although he almost tore her nick open I was able to use it to shove her at him while laying over them (her skin was about to rip). If she starts pulling and it’s too much stimulation that handle is great for signaling stronger if “with me” doesn’t register. And if I see a big stimulator coming that handle is so much better than holding the leash taught.

Hi Moses, Thank you so for taking the time to share your experience. We're so sorry to hear about the attack on your pup, but we're relieved to know she's okay. We're glad to hear you're enjoying the harness and that the EZ Grip Handle has been helpful. That's exactly what it was designed for—to give you extra control and help you guide or assist your dog when needed. Regarding the fit, thank you for the detailed feedback. Dogs with unique body shapes can sometimes need a few adjustments to get the best fit. If you notice any rubbing behind her front legs, try loosening the front Velcro strap slightly so the harness sits a little farther back on her chest. This usually creates more clearance around the armpits while keeping the harness secure. If you ever have questions about the fit or would like us to take a closer look, feel free to send us an email at [email protected]. We'd be more than happy to help. Thank you again for choosing Joyride, and please give your brave girl some extra love from us!

it is an absolutely beautiful harness. I love the bright green, however when you try to charge it it doesn't seem to light up like it's supposed to. it did light up the first few nights that I had it but after that it just stopped working. I got the harness to help make sure he was seen at night and it was safe I don't know if the wiring is poorly connected but it will not charge or light up anymore. I've only had it for a week.

I like the look of the harness and it fits very nicely. I just think the clip is not as well made as the harness I purchased several years ago. Sometimes it takes me a couple of tries to get it clipped.

Hi Christina, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad to hear you like the look and fit of your harness. We appreciate your comments about the buckle. Our buckles, especially on the larger sizes, are intentionally designed to be sturdy so they stay securely fastened, even for stronger dogs that pull or lunge. While they can take a little more effort to latch at first, that added stiffness is designed to help keep your dog safe and secure during walks. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we'll be sure to share it with our team. If you find that the harness ultimately isn't the right fit for you, please keep our return policy in mind, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

Love Tonka's new harness. Once I fitted it, it's so very easy to put on him every time we go outside. Definitely will be the only harness I ever buy.

Please don't hesitate to reach us at [email protected] if you have questions or concerns, we're always happy to help!
