I ended up buying a new harness
I ended up buying a new harness, different brand. When my dog would get excited and pull hard, the harness opened up and I would have to scramble to get it reattached. First time it happened I thought I did something wrong but when it happened a second and third time I replaced it.

Your harness are very well made. Very sturdy and easy to put on, but your customer service needs a great deal of improvement.

Not a happy customer
Yes, I order my harness in January, in March you told me that you lost my order, and would reorder, which you sent me a notice on the 14 of March, it is the first of April and I still have not received my harness, not very good business I would like my package or full refund

Apologies that communication on that was not handled better. We have refunded the shipping on your order and are following up with the warehouse to get tracking or a status update on this right away. The Joy Life harness is fantastic for…
The Joy Life harness is fantastic for my Border Collie. I bought a large and it fits beautifully. She can run and catch Frisbee easily while wearing her harness. I also gave several as gifts! Thank you for a great product and highly recommend Joy Life harness!
