Average service, knockoff product
Average customer service. Almost seemed like an inconvenience when asked any questions. Decent product but seems like a knockoff to others out there. They replied to my original comment acting like they did everything asked of immediately. Guess their definition is unique to only them. I don't think I'd order from them again.

Hi Tommy, I am sorry you feel this way. We emailed you the tracking number for your order on Feb 10th. Then you reached out on the 13th of Feb to ask again about the tracking information and we sent you a response the same day. I am not sure why you believe "Almost seemed like an inconvenience when asked any questions". We answered your question with no hesitations.

This is a wonderful harness
This is a wonderful harness. It is so easy to put on and the tye dye harness is very attractive as well. This is Coda’s second Joyride Harness. He outgrew his first one. I highly recommend this product!

Be Aware of the Poor Customer Service/Response
Entered the wrong size harness by mistake when ordering through the website - realized this when I received the confirmation ten minutes after ordering. I immediately messaged Joyride about the mistake and requested the correct size. Heard nothing. Remessaged twice over the next two days with no response. Finally received a late night form notes that the shipment was underway and I could submit a return request and pay for return and reshipping of the correct size. The customer service is terrible as is response. Will no longer buy this brand.

We do have a small team. Emails are answered in the order as they are received. Our follow up time is usually 24/48 hrs. Since we do try and get orders out asap. We are not always able to stop the order from dispatching to make changes. The agents did advise you of the exchange link. There are no charges for exchanges. Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible! I was over charged and there was noone to contact and it took 3 months to get a refund. Also my 6 month old cockapoo puppy has backed out of the harness a few times and got loose. Also I have tightened the band but it always loosens right back up.. terrible experience!

Hi Jeanine, I am reviewing your order and do not see where an over charge was processed. Or a refund. I am not sure you have the right company. There was one payment processed for your order. One time. You ordered , paid for and received 2 harnesses. We do not have any correspondence from you regarding an over charge.

Best harness ever
These are the best harnesses we have ever used! They go on just as easy as described. They keep the dogs from getting hurt pulling on the leash. We have 7 month old puppies and this has been the best purchase we made for them. Also got one for our older dog. We can't thank y'all enough Joyride Harness!! These are perfect!!
