Great product, easy to use and very well made.

I bought my Joyride harness for my rescue, Bogart, last year and he loves it. When my son got his puppy, a Bichon, poodle mix, I was helping him train her, and she would piddle every time you tried to put her harness on, so I recommended the Joyride for her. He got a second Bichon this year and I bought one for each of his pups, I was able to adjust them to the exact fit within seconds and had them on before they even knew it, My son loves the harnesses and so do his dogs.

All our dogs have had these harnesses. I love them. Easy to use and good control for dog owners. When I got a new dog of course I wanted one for him too. Problem. I never received my order. I got a message that the harness was attempted delivery and failed. I was home and in my front yard doing yard work. No one attempted delivery. Then I got an email that it has been delivered and to check my mailbox. It wasn’t there. After about a month from order time and a week after the attempted delivery I asked for a refund. I was sent a form to fill out and send in. The form cannot be filled out electronically. What a hassle.

The harness is well made but heavy for my Maltipoo. It is easy to get on and off but his fur often gets caught when fastening. I am afraid it may catch his skin

I was in love with this harness, the look and the fit. My dog suffers from sensitive skin and this one seemed to be comfortable. Everything was great until we encountered other dogs. He pulled so hard it knocked me off my feet and dragged me a bit even while I was digging my feet into the ground. He’s never pulled this hard in any other harness. While the look and irritation of the other harnesses are not ideal, they kept him from pulling. The video I found on how to useharness was very basic. I wonder if there is a way to trouble shoot to make sure the fit is correct. My greater concern is the durability. After experiencing his full strength I’m worried he could snap the buckles with that sort of pulling… For now, I have to go back to the less comfortable, less fashionable harness. I contacted customer service about this issue and I’m still awaiting their response. Hoping it’s refundable.

So much better on walks. The harness is well designed and easy to adjust and fasten. Just great quality. Thanks very much I needed these harnesses for my dogs.
