I like the harness very much. My dog has taken to it immediately. However, the chest strap which I adjusted, tends to come loose with use. I reported this in a questionnaire, but no one responded to me.

I knew I liked this harness since I already had one just like it for a couple years. The only problem I had with that one was the colored part was made of thin, silky material and it wore off. So we will see how this one holds up. Hopefully that won't happen again. Considering the cost of this type of harness it should last longer.

Easy to put on a large dog who will not stay still

Still like the harness but the quality has deteriorated since being purchased from pug life. All parts seem to be used with lower grade materials.

We really like the size and look of the Joyride harness. What we do not like is that the adjustable strap does not stay in the desired place. As our pup runs and plays, it slowly slides and loosens. Our six month old English Labrador can roll on the ground, loosen the strap and “back” out of this harness in a matter of minutes. Now that he knows he can get if off, it has become a bad habit. We quickly changed to another style to get back on track with training. Perhaps this harness will work better for an older, less energetic dog. Unfortunately, we can’t count on it staying secure. I rated 3 stars because the material is very durable and comfortable. The style is good…just get that adjustment piece to hold and this would be a great harness.

When you order from the Joyride website, there are plenty of opportunities to ACT NOW and add a "one-time" deal to your cart. They're pretty sneaky about it, and it's easy to do accidentally…which is exactly what I did. The return process of the unwanted item was a big hassle. I had to provide photo evidence that the cellophane wrapper hadn't been tampered with. Customer service was less than enthusiastic about dealing with it. The harnesses I've gotten from them are great and are still in use. But I'll look for an alternative in the future.

Really like the ease of use with the Joy Ride...

This harness did pretty much nothing to stop my dogs pulling.
