Only just had my first session but the communication to get things set up and the customer support on tbe back end has been fantastic. I think theh did a good job pairing me with my hypnotherapist - looking forward to see some progress in the weeks and months to come. Just remember- you MUST trust the process for it to work!

My hypnotherapist Janina is a kind and intuitive practitioner. She’s able to synthesize my ramblings into a beautiful experience which touches on every aspect of what I want to work on. So far she’s helped me to sleep throughout the night, have a calm and more peaceful disposition, greater self confidence and is helping me with my weight. I recommend Joymind and Janina. This experience has been exactly what I needed!

I seen joymind for some time and had dabbled in hypnotherapy before but this was more affordable than alot of others I had my 1st session w/ suzan and she made me comfortable and it was a conversation between friends she worked her magic and I cried like a baby but felt relieved and revitalized I just know our next session will be just as life altering change comes in small increments but they all add up to great change everyone should try these modality of thearpy atleast once ive done the eft and cbt therapies and I think this works faster
