Don't order "Petra"!
I ordered a "Petra" doll. The delivery was over 6 weeks with no updates from JLD about why it was taking so long. I am extremely disappointed with how small/tight the vagina is. I can only fit inside her if I completely remove the vagina insert but then there is almost no sensation. I contacted the company 3 times and never received a reply. So thanks for nothing. I'll give the doll 2 stars because she is very beautiful but she is impossible to have sex with. I definitely would not recommend this doll to anyone with an average or bigger penis size. I will not be ordering from JLD again :(

Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We’ve checked our records and discovered that your previous messages following up on your order unfortunately landed in our spam folder, which is why they went unanswered. We understand how frustrating the long wait for delivery must have been. While some delays can occur due to production or logistics, we know that consistent updates are important. We're also sorry to hear that the fit of the doll didn't meet your expectations. Everyone's experience can vary slightly depending on body type, and in some cases, we’ve found that using a high-quality water-based lubricant can make a significant difference in comfort and sensation when using the insert. While we’re disappointed to hear that you’re unlikely to order from us again, your input is genuinely helpful, and we’re passing it along to our design team for future improvements.

Good product, but shipping updates are lacking extremely
Sent the product fine and nice looking product, although they never contacted me to say it was shipped, it did not say it was shipped on their online tracking that I could access through their website. I contacted them asking what is going on and they sent me an email saying it had been shipped then five minutes later an email saying it had been delivered, only issue was the delivery was three days earlier. If I had not asked, they may never have told me it even shipped or delivered or anything as they seemed only to inform me in response to my questions.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad to hear the product arrived safely and met your expectations in terms of quality and appearance. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication around the shipping and delivery of your order. We understand how important it is to receive timely updates, and we're sorry that this was only provided after you reached out. We’re currently reminding our partner factories to update us with tracking information as soon as orders are shipped, so we can keep our customers better informed throughout the process. Your experience has highlighted an area we’re actively working to improve. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
