Website is very confusing
Website is very confusing. Not allowing to make changes once selection of features is made, which results in multiple of days of clarifications due to incompatibility of options selected. Very difficult to communicate with and poor customer service.

Terrible service with crack and too heavy
Arrived with skin breaks, and far heavier than described. No mention of increased weight at all. Was so heavy I couldn’t move it. When trying to get help or an explanation, customer service kept redirecting me to the factory, where there was language barrier that caused more problem. They seemed unwilling to help me at all with the weight problem, claiming it was the normal weight, and if that is true their website lied and grossly underweighted it.

It’s alright
Overall item is as expected, some joints are stupid stiff feels like I’m going to break it then others are just right they hold position but I can move with one hand. The provided wig sheds more then I can describe and the vent port for the suction feature is poorly put in place, and I’m not sure how you are going to use the vaginal heater with it being 6 inches long and a usb if you catch it on some deal and really want it go for it but I wouldn’t recommend paying full price ever

No customer service at all
The order placed over a week and no response at all. No emails and no phone calls were picked up.

Our customer service replied to your email letting you know we are checking with our factory for the an update on the status of your order for the doll which was a custom order. Following up with our factory they advised your order will be completed in a day or 2. As soon as it is completed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

I threw it out
I recommend you on the quality of the doll. She's terrific Unfortunately I did not know What I was getting into, I'm handicapped. The Doll is too heavy for me. So I threw it out. Waste of 1700 dollars, but it's a learning experience, have a nice day.
