I've ordered from them before and mostly I get shoes. My husband ordered shoes for me. He got the style and the size right. Joyfolie sent the wrong size. They sent a size 1Y in a size 3Y box. At this point the box fits better. They won't refund or exchange because it is outside their timeline. My husband bought it in November and only gave it to me in February. I've ordered from them before and always size 2Y or 3Y. Never 1Y.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the situation with the shoe size you received. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially since the item was meant to be a gift. Our return and issue reporting policy is available for customers to review on our website, and it outlines that any issues with an order must be reported as soon as possible, as we have a set timeframe for these cases. We always encourage customers to inspect their orders upon receipt, so we can address any concerns promptly. In this instance, as the issue was raised several months after the order was placed, it unfortunately falls outside the timeframe outlined in our policy. That said, our team has responded to your email and asked for your patience while we review your case further to see how we may best assist you. We truly appreciate your understanding.
