I ordered twice from this website. And didn't not receive my items that I had ordered. This company took my money both times and now I'm out of pocket a little over $300.00. So I strongly do not recommend this website to no one. For me it's a leason learned. My bank blocked me from this company and put a block on this company because something didn't look right to them. I trust my bank. I have ordered at other places online and haven't had an issue with any other company but this one. So for this company to to accuse me of fraud is absurd. This company has my money and I have no items. So anything about fraud is this company, because they have my money and I have no items that I purchased. So if this company is not going to send me my item's that I purchased I would greatly appreciate it if they returned my money that was tooken out of my bank before my bank put a block on this card because they thought this company looked suspicious. And I have documents from my bank showing where they took the money out. And now this company is wanting me to send my photo ID. I am not sending a photo ID because they are to many people working in the USA that use other people's ID. I will just keep on ordering from the other companies that I have been ordering from. And for the joyasdechina to call me a fraud is their option not fact. Besides IF I was a fraud ,like joyasdechina acusses me of, why did my 1st and 2nd transaction from my bank pay for the items I ordered from joyasdechina?

In this case, we have proof that you are a fraud, so if you do not want to provide the required documents, nothing happens, the money will be returned to you after 30 business days from when you made the order, if you really believe that we are a fraud. Why when we asked you to send us the document in his first order, you ignored us at that time, and you kept making the second order, i can send you proofs to your email about the payment risk, you only to send us the documents required and we will be able to send this package. thank you in the two orders that you have made on our page, the system has detected that the IP address from where the order was made and the delivery address are about 1000 KMS, so the system has automatically frozen this two orders until you provide us the required documents and prove that you are the author of the used card, otherwise as I said before, it will be returned to you in 30 business days. Nothing happens, we have already told you what we need, and if you really want and you are not fraud, I do not know why you do not cooperate, if it is not fraud why you do not prove that you are the author of the used card,the system has detected fraud in the two purchases for something, if it had been an error, in the second order that you made, the alert should not have been triggered, which has happened and in both cases it has been triggered by a fraud alarm

I have been waiting for this order for weeks now no tracking number no updates, And when I’ve inquired about it they say they can’t give me a tracking and I paid for express shipping this is BS, I was so excited about getting these items… I just hope this arrives eventually
