2 weeks and still haven't sent medication
I just signed up with weightcare and I couldn't even tell you how good the medication is because I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. It's been 2 weeks since the "doctor" approved my medication and it just says that it's been sent to the pharmacy. Been stuck there the whole 2 weeks. I've spoken to customer service and they tell me that once approved by doctor is ships between 7-9 days. Well obviously we're way past that window. So I'm definitely cancelling my subscription before I end up spending way to much time and money on a product that isn't worth it. I can go to another company that's cheaper and faster and has better customer service.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating this delay has been. You’re right, once your prescription is approved, it should ship within 7–9 business days, and the fact that you’re still waiting beyond that window is not the experience we want for you. To be fully transparent, there are ongoing industry-wide delays affecting many pharmacies right now, and while we’re doing everything we can to get orders moving, some are unfortunately taking longer than expected. That said, people are receiving their medications, just on a slower timeline than usual. We truly value your time, your trust, and your patience, and while we respect your decision to cancel, our team would still love the chance to make this right if you’re open to it. You can always reach us directly at [email protected]. Whatever you decide, we genuinely wish you success on your health journey.
