Initiated a money transfer over two weeks ago and still haven’t received my money. I’ve been reeling for years now and this is the first time this has happened. No longer a useable service clearly.

I send them messages to them in a request of my money, cause I’m done saving money on a reel, so now I want to make the purchase, they refuse to give me an option, their website is being down for over a month, they never fix it, while they have my money still, I emailed them over and over again they never answer me. I just want my money back, they are not real.

I did sent them email they didn’t tell me when withdraw cash to my bank account I still waiting for them one week email they said 5-10 day business money will deposit to my bank almost two week soon smh what happen

It’s been okay. Still getting use to saving up for an item and needing to transfer back my money into my bank account to purchase the item on another site. A bit confusing and tedious process. Thought the point of this site was to save and purchase like a one stop shop. Now I’m having to sign up on external sites to purchase and go through another process just to complete it. Also, when I’ve saved the amount to purchase it shows as “done” but it’s not since you are asked to go to an external site to buy it yourself

From picking furniture from Neiman Marcus to shoe's from Balenciaga to purses from Louis Vuitton, or a piece of jewelry that costs $50,000....the possibilities are endless. You pick how much you want to spend daily, weekly, or monthly and the item will have a percentage "meter" showing how much you've saved. Once you've saved for the item, the people from Reel verify everything, and it's shipped to you. Another nice feature is you can create your own Reel for whatever you want. Want to take a vacation next year? Save up! Save for a down-payment on a car? Save up! Reel gives you incentives for saving up multiple day's in a row with "coins" you can redeem for money towards your Reel. Decide you don't want the item you're saving for or want to use it towards something else or even cash-out to put your savings back into your account, you can do all of it. The other nice feature about the website is if you find an item you want or can't put anymore money towards it, you can pause your contributions and start them another day or can start saving on an item on a specific day. The people at Reel have always been amazing, especially Yoseline, who's always helpful with me withdrawing my savings. It's a really great way to get that item you've been looking at and don't think you'll ever be able to afford it, because you can, even if it's a dollar per day....it still counts!

I love I love this site, with reel I am able to get any Brand I want, I got a lot of stuff here but why I am given four stars ⭐️ because I didn’t like their last update . I was able to save the Jacquemus bag after saving their asked me to transfer all the money to my account but I didn’t know that my account was negative until after transferring the funds and overdraft took the money I cried because I wanted the bag soooo bad for something but it didn’t happens so I have to start all over again my ideas that need to be changed but besides that it’s a great website to save and get any band you want their put smile on my face 😊
