Due to the fact that we place your order with all different retailers we do our best to check all the information for your order is correct before placing your order. We apologize that the retailer drop the ball and messed up your order when they send it to you. Please email us at [email protected] so that we can provide a return label for you so that we can exchange your shoes for the correct style. For sold out items we do our best to look for your item with every retailer we can find that might cary that style unfortunately because we do not own any of the product many retailers due sometimes sale out of what they had in stock.
