The whole process has been so easy! Customer service was great when I needed to delay a shipment. I spoke with a woman by the name of Cheryl who was awesome in making sure my dose would not show up while on vacation traveling. I would absolutely recommend!

Polly was a great company for my GLP1 journey! I got my meds fast and easy. With helpful explanation and instruction. Prices were very reasonable and I appreciated the flat rates! They were responsive when I had questions and quickly adjusted my dosing when needed. I also was able to cancel my subscription easily when I reached my goal. As usual, I couldn't be happier with join polly. Their response time to emails is measured in seconds, not days. This is unheard of, and speaks volumes for everything else that they do, as well. I had to go back and forth several times as far as starting my next batch, and they were more than accommodating for me.

I have to say. Everytime there is an issue they help to correct it. Last issue I had before this recent one they shipped my medicine and it sat in a warehouse for days. When I finally received it, it was very hot and ice packs melted. I was concerned with the strength of it and they shipped me an entirely new 3 month supply no questions asked. This time I had to reinstate my shipments and my account wouldn't let me. They fixed it and got me back up and running!!

Was great from January 2026 until now. They took my money on July 25, today is August 6. Until now, they have always shipped my prescription 1-2 days after taking my money. We are now a day shy of 2 weeks out and customer service is just giving me the runaround on where my medication is, when it will even ship, and why this is happening. On Monday they told me it would be expedited, which seems odd since their website boasts they do overnight shipping. It still hasn’t been shipped out and customer service is giving me the runaround. Their website won’t even let me pause or cancel since my receipt of my medication is still doing as “pending”. This company has absolute dogs#!t communication and seems to be AI chatbots as well.
