Great customer service, prompt response and feedback!!

I needed to order my next shipment early and Shannon was able to assist me in a timely manner. She asked questions and provided exactly what I needed. She was friendly and helpful. Loved working with her!

I had Statewide disaster, where the National guard came out and Polly delivered my 3 month supply which went bad due to no power for 6 days and they would not replace it or even give me a discount. Awful customer service, saying they never heard from me when I sent them screenshots of our conversation. Would not recommend. Customer service is unethical and unprofessional.

I needed to confirm that I was enrolled in a titration plan so reached out via chat. I did have to go back and forth between chat and the patient portal before I found John. John determined I was not in the plan I desired, sent a note to the doctor and had my plan corrected within 24 hours. John even followed up the next day after not hearing from me to ensure I did not have any other questions. Quick service and a follow up? Unheard of. I really like this company! Thank you John.
