I decided on this company for the affordable GLP’s. I was so afraid about everything but nine months on, and I have not had any situations! I went to use a slightly cheaper company and it was an absolute nightmare! This company is so incredibly responsive, from the Customer Service (which is above par, especially Rachel!) to the doctors! I never had an issue with the quality of meds or the deliveries either. I highly recommend!

I was so skeptical at first since it is an online company. My friend uses Polly, so I decided to go with Polly. It's the best decision I've made in a long time! The product is amazing and the customer service is fast and easy! I'm actually quite impressed by their customer service. Great job, Polly! Keep it up because it's working. Cheers!

Has excellent customer service, I spoke with Kat today and she was quick and helpful. Have not had one issue yet that couldn't be resolved. Also once product is shipped it arrives VERY FAST. I used TrimRx before Polly/Piper and I could never get ahold of customer service with TrimRx like I can with Polly. Love it! I am also down 26 pounds since I started GLP-1! So happy with that

Quick delivery, great customer service and instructions are easy to follow and understand. Been doing good and hope to reach my goal by next summer. Helped change my address for my next round of shots. So easy to do and cuatomer service had no issues with the request. Even recommend this to my cousin.
