The care team were patient with me and the questions I had. They were very informative and knew exactly how to help me versus keeping me waiting for answers. My concerns were taken care of very quickly.

I've been using Polly for a few months now and my tirzepatide order always comes on time and very quickly, about 2 days to be exact. I also have been losing weight consistently so I know the medication is real and effective. Customer service has been a lot faster to respond and resolve any issues or questions you have as of lately as well. When I first joined it was kind of difficult to get responses and answers in a reasonable amount of time, so I'm glad they have fixed that issue! The only complaint I have is communication with your assigned doctor is kind of non existent. You can message them but if feels like you aren't supposed to. The doctor or nurses assistant don't do check-ins to see how things are going or if you need help or to adjust anything with dosing or medication. I do wish that aspect was better. Other than that Polly has been great for me! I will continue to purchase my medication through them and I do trust them.

Pros: Initial intake process was very simple. They didn’t seem pushy or overly aggressive to get me to buy, and required no membership fees. Super fast shipping! My shipment came the next day packed securely in lots of cold storage. I received plenty of supplies as well. Their website is pretty good, easy to navigate my journey and track any side effects, progress, and connection to a provider for questions was simple. I had zero side effects and really solid results from week one. I have used the brand name Mounjaro and could not believe how much better the compounded drug from Polly worked. Noticeable difference in food noise and appetite suppression. This still really shocks me. Easy cancellations. They give you a short notice on renewal, so as long as you are paying attention, you can cancel before the next subscription comes. You can also pause your subscription. Cons: They instructions for medication dosing could be a bit better. Easy to google it, but felt like this should be more detailed. Price after the “coupon”. Other reputable companies are cheaper and that makes it hard to stay when this drug is all out of pocket costs. Once you use a coupon you cannot use any other discount codes ever again. I understand that, but I will shop around for a better price every time when the company comes recommended. Overall very happy with Polly, down 37 lbs since April. Surpassed what I was expecting and set as a goal!

My first order went seamlessly but my second order took some time. I changed from 3 month to a monthly plan which seemed to mess things up a bit and took time to fix but with Kay’s help, we finally got it resolved.

A little frustrating with length of time for feedback. Questions that could be resolved with a quick phone call sometimes take about a week to get resolved. I love the product and I’m happy with my results.

I have had a good experience with these folks how ever i canceled with them because of cost they are very expensive where as others are about 150.00 dollars cheaper i would stay with them if the price wasn’t so high. Good luck everyone
