Omg I just got completely scratched and arms and legs bleeding bad from a clients dog. I called papa and they don’t give a rats butt. I’m literally in so much pain from the scratches and wounds I have. Never ever again!

I signed up to join papa pals as an extra side job and to give back. It's been a month after I submitted my highly sensitive information to them and I have not heard anything back. I did email them twice about 2 wks ago and they just said to give them more time to do my background etc. There is absolutely nothing wrong in my background. A month and still nothing. I am really upset that I sent them my personal details,as I am feeling scammed at this point and have no intention if working with them. If this is how they handle getting started I definitely won't trust them with my pay or any other issue's should they arise.

My mother is or was a worker for papa pal and she loves papa pal but this one visit to a lady ended all of that. This lady claimed a few days AFTER the visit that her keys were stolen which logically makes no sense. Now they just recently told my mom she’s banned from working with papa pal even though prior to that they told her she was only suspended until may because police were involved even though they had all that information when they told her she was only suspended, and we don’t have the keys we looked everywhere even though we know it wasn’t taken by us. And it’s unfair because my mother loves working with them and she hadn’t had any complaints until this lady. And they haven’t done any further investigation to see if this lady had lost her keys or anything which is costing my mom money and she can’t supply for her kids.

Once again the CEOs at the top , founder ,is a billionaire who doesn't pay his workers and leaves the tips to cover expenses to seniors on small ss checks living in high cost single room apartments, both young and old, are getting the shaft again, if only things were sincere, bitter taste in all mouths and only 60 hours a year available, I'd be glad to pay 4/5 extra a month for the transport and simple things during my knee surgery

Sent unsolicited text messages and calls, then actually showed up at my mother's door for an appointment they claim was made- with NO PRIOR ACTUAL CONTACT OR RESPONSE FROM HER-They are setting fake appointments and trying to push their way into people's homes, taking advantage of insurance companies and potentially confused seniors! This is abuse. And harassment. I have also seen multiple reviews of overcharging or not showing up even for those that Did actually request the service. Will be reporting to insurance agencies, BBB and potentially for text spamming and unsolicited calls as well.

Drivers do under the speed limit and flash brights at people when it’s uncalled for.
