Great Experience

I have had numerous cancelations, when I call to complain they put you on hold then hang up on you. I have had to call my insurance company once to complain, but there is still a problem. After reading these reviews I can see this is a poor company for the client and employees. Going to contact my insurance company again and see if they can change providers. This is awful

I have had papapals for 6 months now. They are definitely a Godsend. I am able to relax when I go grocery shopping and I am able to get things done at my storage unit and run all the errands I need to get done, like stopping at the post office, shopping and clothing drives and dropoffs, my papa pal is very friendly and kind. I had had other pals as well and they are very nice and helpful. I only wish I could have more time with them to accomplish more. They are great.

They banned people from helping people and don’t pay them when their customer service people are rude and and disrespectful to the pals that call in. They call you 6plus times a day and try to force you to go to people right now even if you tell them you can’t because you have another job. They then don’t pay you for what work you did because they banned you so they refuse to pay you.

Pal, Lindsey was right on time to take me to my scheduled Dr. appointment. She is friendly, very professional and patient waiting for me to take me back home. It was as if we were long friends. This being my first experience, I was extremely happy with the service. Thank you so much! :)

Been with Pap Pal for some months now did everything I was told to do and fill out went to my visits and haven’t gotten paid for any They keep giving me three run arounds they want you to talk to someone online then you have to put in a ticket for someone to revole your issue still waiting on a phone call This is unacceptable I go to work get No money I’m a single mother
