Pizza was under cooked nd cold when I received it.

My grandparents use this service and are habitual complainers. I was helping with some handyman work around their place when a Papa employee arrived to return and replace some groceries that another employee has picked up for them. They were dissatisfied with the items the previous employee had purchased off of their list. Jimmy, the one taking care of the situation, was exceptionally polite and understanding amidst a potentially frustrating situation. My grandfather is incredibly hard of hearing and Jimmy repeated himself multiple times anytime he spoke. His amount of patience and genuine willingness to help was incredible. This review is specifically for Jimmy in the southwest Michigan area, as I don’t know a lot about the company or it’s other employees.

I was disgusted with one experience I had. I asked for a woman I now know by name, trust to take a check and go shopping for me. Without me. (48 hours in advance for tomorrow, 22/1/31.) I asked for the woman specifically. Today a man called and said he was to come pick me up tomorrow. It's a relatively sensitive thing. I told him I was asking for someone else. It was very embarrassing for me to tell him I wanted someone else. I should be told by you if you do not allow someone specifically to be picked. Or if someone is sick and can't make it, etc. Please tell me what to do in such situations. On a different subject, it seems to me you have a great idea. It all depends on the institutions supporting and financing you. That's where the main problem will occur. Next in line of problems is getting workers to fill your slots. (I know how difficult it must be for any corporation to get this sort of help.) But I wish you all the luck that you'll be successful. I was successful in getting the woman I mentioned to clean for me then to drive for me several times. What do you mean by "Verify to post your review" below; and what follows? 'By continuing..." etc.?

I use this service to pickup my groceries, doctor visits. Just found out I could use service to drive me to hair appointment & for errands. I’ve never had a problem.

Tried to sign up. Keeps sending me to the sign in page, that I have filled out several times. Then keeps telling me to dl the ap, I did. Why can't I sign up? Who made your website?

I have used Papas for a few months, thought I finally had a regular helper until she never showed up, no one filled her place and I again sat with no help. not reliable if you need help, I wish they were.
