An employee of Papa Pals met my mother several months ago after she was recovering from a bad fall. With-in 3 months she was on a POA, Medical POA, and sole Beneficiary on her Will. She tried isolating my mom from her family and started interfering in family matters. The police became involved in one instance and CPS became involved. This employee had a lengthy criminal record that included Domestic Violence and several DUIs, along with 18 alias's. This is scary stuff. So beware!!!

Signing up was easy. Finding a Pal that needed help was self-explanatory. I was able to help someone who needed me and also provide companionship to this person. It was just like hanging out with your grandparent. Super rewarding!

Papa is a terrible company to work for, unless you enjoy being sexually assaulted and traumatized on a visit and then getting nothing but $45 for the visit despite having to miss multiple days of working due to now having ptsd. Thanks so much papa.

Papa has been a wonderful experience from the ease of using the application to working with members in creating meaningful experiences.

I am not happy with Papa pal I am registered with them through my medical insurance company in my opinion they are incompetent I had a appointment scheduled for today Wednesday the 19th at 1:00 p.m. for a pickup for a ride to the store I called because nobody showed up I was told that the appointment was never scheduled I said they were lying because I had it written down right in front of me and they told me there was nothing they could do that they couldn't get me a ride for another 72 hours I made the appointment 5 days ago do not deal with these people. find different ride people because they are incompetent and if I could I'd give them a zero instead of one star

I was able to help with some cleaning while having a great conversation. Small world, we know a lot of the same people.
