I’m meeting friendly people

So, once again, Papa failed to supply a ride I set up last week. A woman called asking me to cancel my ride home or change my plans. It doesn't work like that. I can't live here until you decide to do your job. She got all flustered when I suggested she set up an Uber, so she hung up on me. So I had to call back, where I ralked to Francisco who got it all fixed. Do better, Papa!

Today marked my first visit, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Everything exceeded my expectations. The support team was outstanding whenever I needed assistance. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The process was seamless from initiating the visit to the tasks involved to directions to location and completion. It all went well.

It's a super easy to use platform once you get started. Nice to be able to pickup shifts at my leisure. Convenient that I can work as often or as little as what fits my schedule.

Worst company EVER! First of all, they never showed up to pick up my husband for dialysis when he was scheduled. So we called and asked why, they said he was never scheduled. So he missed A LIFE SAVING MEDICAL TREATMENT! Then, when we called to schedule a ride, they said they had no availabilities for that day, but then showed up anyway. I called to be sure they didn’t charge him for that hour BUT THEY DID! I asked, well why did you tell us you had no openings? Apparently my husband had called previously and forgot (he’s ELDERLY and has 6 organs failing, they should KNOW elderly will forget!). So I then asked, well why didn’t someone tell him, he already had a ride scheduled for that day? All the lady could say was I can’t answer that. You all need to get BETTER at record keeping, or you’re LITERALLY going to be the CAUSE OF SOMEONE’S death! I DO NOT recommend this company! Poorly managed with people who don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to scheduling!

I've had great experience with all of Papa’s transportation, and ladies on your phone. Thank You so Much! I don't know if I still have more time for Doctor visits. God Bless Braven and Papa!
