It's been great. Haven't met any rude members. Any problems are usually resolved in a timely manner. Not perfect, but nothing is.

Great company connecting the elderly with caring people (Papa Pals) from the nearby community to assist with every day tasks via an easy to use app.

Terrible experience. I am a senior. I had medication stolen 3 times, an expensive thermometer $80. No shows often, helping themselves to my food, took a call from her credit card company and was on the phone 25 minutes, constantly checking phone for texts and texts back 15-20 minutes late, very inappropriately dressed with short shorts. A young man wearing extreme l tight athletic pants showing ….., lazy. This was several employees. I had many different papas in 3–4 years. Probably had 6/7 normal to excellent people. I reported them several times even with a couple supervisors that promised to call back and never did. Horrible experience and company

Again to help those who need help in a way that doesn’t take a degree in care. Being able to offer time a valuable commodity these days

I enjoy doing PapaPal but it still has its flaws. Mileage should always be paid even if job is cancelled when we arrive.

The people Papa helps really need a hand. Especially since so many seniors are overlooked. Papa brings the community to our Pals and allows them a chance to hopefully feel special.
