Good communication. It’s really important as a Pal to honor the client commitments you make. I’ve been called recently to rescue some elderly clients that other Pals left hanging as no-shows. That’s horrible! But Papa reached out and luckily I was available. The app is easy to use and the payments are deposited shortly after the visits. So far it’s been working out great.

Papa Pal is a great opportunity to make extra side cash, or if you're just wanting to stay occupied.

I personally don’t think it’s professional enough. Thinking of maybe receiving some type of name tag or a t shirt to let clients know we are coming from company Papa pal. Also papa pal mentioned they pay mileage and that’s false information. People coming from far like myself to take these shifts and try to help people and our community for appreciate not getting paid for mileage.

I think it’s an amazing service and love helping people so am so glad to have this opportunity. Members were very grateful for the help.

It is wonderful getting to help people who come from diverse backgrounds & experiences. My life has truly been enriched.
