We are very happy to hear that your Pal was great! However, we are very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with customer service. To clarify we do not have fixed rates and we apologize if this was made to seem that way to you. Our rates for Florida are $17/hour which includes 10 miles then .50/mile afterwards. Hello, Ms. Leoni. Unfortunately, the Pal's schedules do vary and so you cannot always get the same pal you request without us checking with them for agreement. I suggest that instead of just relying on just a couple of pals, we create something of a team of pals (maybe 3 or 4 people), where you have more opportunity with the ones you know you like. I know you've used our services for a long time and we'd like for you to be as satisfied as possible.
