My mother-in-law was getting ready to relocate from Florida to Maryland. With no family in Florida to help, we contacted Papa. The pal that was assigned to my mother-in-law was fantastic! She was patient and understanding, and very efficient in preparing the condo and mom's belongings for the move. I would highly recommend this service!

The company answered promptly each of several times I called. No recorded voices asking me to push a button and wait. However, there were no college pals in my area to take me to a surgery center and back home but they kept working to get me another ride eventually arranging it with Lyft at no increase in cost to me. Someone texted me on each ride to tell me the name of driver, make of car, and when they were arriving. Good service for people who no longer drive.
