A good Pal, but shaky phone assistance.
The Pal for our three visits, Lindsay. was great. The administrative office did not do very well. A young man signed me up including my credit info and then signed up my wife. However, when I called back the next week, another seemingly confused young lady could not find any of my credit information or my wife. I.am concerned about being helped accurately for about eight more visits I need to setup.

Bicycle Transport
The purpose of the ride was to rake my bicycle to a repair shop; made this point expressly clear. When the driver arrived, he had not been informed that a bicycle was being transported. Getting the bike into the vehicle was a chore.

My first ride with Ms Nahja Grant was…
My first ride with Ms Nahja Grant was great. However the ride that was supposed to return me home later that night never arrived. I called three times and waited 45 minutes for my ride. No show. Several of us waited outside the house but no ride. I had to arrange for other transportation home. I definitely would rehire Ms. Grant. If not for her, I would have rated you a one.
