I love working with MidiHealth. I've really experienced quick, easy, convenient care that doesn't require travel to an office setting. I feel cared for by my clinician, and find her pleasant to speak and interact with. She always makes me feel heard. I would recommend Midi to any other women exploring hormonal care via telehealth.

I had been to multiple providers that all had a snarky comment when I described my symptoms which were the standard perimenopause/menopause symptoms. One said "you wouldn't believe how many times I have heard that". It was very discouraging, because it affected my life in so many ways. I work at a health system in leave management and was watching a PWFA webinar where the speaker talked about how much Midi had helped her, so I did some research and gave it a try. MIDI has helped me with every one of my symptoms. I am currently using biomedical HRT and semulglutide compound, and most importantly feel like someone finally heard me and cares. My provider is honest, knowledgeable and gives suggestions from her own experience. I really appreciate her and your company for all you do.

The clinicians at Midi are very well educated, thoughtful and very empathetic to changes that take place with aging and hormonal imbalances and weight gain. I feel better at 52 than I did at 30! People have noticed the changes and I am always happy to share my story and recommend Midi!

Customer service is terrible bc it’s all automated. So if something goes wrong, no one to talk to, First appointment was pretty easy. They prescribed me with HRT and after that I’ve not been able to get in touch with anybody and after maybe 20 times of trying them they wrote to me that they extended my prescription for three months but they pharmacy denies that and it’s been impossible to get back in touch so now I’ve been left high and dry with nothing and that’s a real problem.

Easy access to quality healthcare.

I never thought i could find someone in the medical profession who would actually listen and not just jump in and tell me nothing is wrong or take vitamin D. It was amazing having someone actually listen and consider all the things and not force me into a treatment plan, lets talk about it is what my clinician said and I cried because of all the doctors and nurse practitioners, no one has ever said it

My clinician was methodical about reviewing my health history, asked a lot of questions, listened and followed up, and then explained options in detail. She was friendly, open and a great resource. She explained the why and how of various approaches to treatment. It was the best women's health care experience I have ever had.

Until I found Midi (through influencers on Instagram) I was miserable. I could not get the answers from my PCP nor Gyn, so I, as well as my family, continued to suffer through the irritating symptoms of menopause. I got brave and made the decision to schedule a consultation. Within the first visit, I had what my symptoms were needing, and it has been such a relief.
