Great communication! I needed help with sending my prescription to a new pharmacy. MIDI handled my request promptly and communicated well with me.

My visit was with a nurse practitioner who made assumptions about my health without even asking me about my symptoms (ie- you’re not having any hot flashes. Not true! Yes, I am ). She also contradicted herself by saying menopause is treated by symptoms and not labwork yet says my estrogen level shows I’m not in perimenopause. As a physician , I would advise you to stay clear of this company. They don’t take the time to truly understand your symptoms nor do they have access to your previous lab work or work up. I am going to follow up with my own gynecologist who takes the time to understand my health issues, and who also takes my insurance coverage.

Paid for this visit out of pocket. Cost $250 for a doctor to tell me to go to other doctors to test for everything under the sun. She did absolutely nothing. This service is an absolute rip-off.

Amanda my NP is amazing. She greets me with a smile and makes me feel at ease. She is attentive and if unable to answer a question she gets right back to me with an answer. She truly cares about my health and well being.

Jacqueline is AMAZING!!! Every concern she addresses with the utmost professionalism. She also asks if there are any questions or concerns. It’s sssooo nice to FINALLY find a professional provider that cares and listens to questions and concerns. I can’t thank Jacqueline and MIDI enough. I’m so happy and grateful that I found this amazing company.
