I do not think that Midi health is any different than an online appointment with a Dr. It was not more specialized. Also apparently they did not take my insurance but failed to tell me that before the appointment. a 15 min consult cost me $250. Definitely not worth the money. I felt deceived and did not receive excellent care.

I started my menopause journey with someone local. I was spending so much money on a blood test every 3 months. She wanted me to buy my prescriptions from a company that didn't use my insurance. As I studied more about menopause I discovered There was an easier way that wasn't so expensive. I set my appointment with Midi and discovered an easier way. A zoom appointment and less money on endless blood tests. I was happy I could use my insurance for my meds. I've met twice with my provider. She is knowledgable, understanding and kind. I feel good and my husband loves my new sex drive.

I've been bouncing back and forth between gynecologists who have never been able to help me out. I had a partial hysterectomy at age 40 and was left fending for myself on my journey. I finally found a provider who not only listens to my concerns but is truly caring about helping me feel my best! Not only has Julianne Stapleton, NP prescribed me HRT, she's also helped me with hair loss medication.

I had one visit with MIDI. I then received a bill for $250. I was initially told it was covered by my insurance, but then was informed it was not. After I already had the visit! When I questioned the representative, he stated an email was sent regarding my plan being out of network, which is a lie. Now I cannot get a hold of anyone to discuss the matter. The customer service is abysmal. As a medical health professional it’s shameful the way they operate. After remaining on hold, you will not be able to speak to someone. They will force you to leave a message and then never call you back. One point I did speak to someone who informed me the company is “way understaffed and I probably won’t get a phone call back.“ I am beyond frustrated with this company. Beware.

I finally feel like I spoke to a practitioner that is knowledgeable and up to date on the latest research and information on HRT for women in menopause. I also finally felt heard. I was looking for a practitioner that would correctly prescribe me estrogen in the patch form and progesterone in the micronized pill form and who would also correctly check my testosterone levels to see if I also needed that. My practitioner did just that and was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She also gave me the option to be prescribed glp1s ( like Wegovy, Ozempic etc) , or other meds to aid with weightloss and/or depression and also the chance to speak to a nutritionist. I didn't want the weightloss aids at this time, but it's nice to know I have the option if I change my mind. I have Blue Shield insurance and they covered midi expenses. I have to pay a small amount for the hrt, but not much. I've had 2 appointments so far and have a follow up in 8 weeks. I'm very pleased and highly reccomend Midi.

I see a lot of complaints but I have had nothing but a positive experience with Midi. Finally someone listened to my concerns and prescribed treatments that are working for me. I haven't had any issues communicating in the portal and get answers to my questions.
