I had a confirmed appointment for 6:30pm. I waited for the clinician for over 45 min and no one ever showed up. No email or text apology. Total waste of time.

The 5-star rating I gave reflects every aspect of the outstanding care and service I’ve received from Midi Health. If I could choose Midi—and more specifically, the incredible Amanda Balch—as my primary care provider, I absolutely would. I recommend this group to nearly every woman I meet. Midi’s culture and mission to care for the whole person is unlike anything I’ve experienced. I initially came to Midi for support with perimenopause symptoms, but I ended up addressing not only those, but several other health issues—including some I didn’t even realize could be treated. With Amanda’s guidance, I’ve been able to stop taking three major medications I assumed I’d need for life. I’ve resolved all my symptoms and—unexpectedly—lost 70 pounds, which I never imagined was even possible. At 52, I truly feel like I did at 25. The past two years have been the most positive and transformative health journey of my life, and I could not have done it without Midi—and without Amanda. I am forever grateful.

Sarah was phenomenal, she listened, actually listened before she started speaking to me. She heard ME, as an individual and addressed my concerns without brushing them off or telling me I was wrong (as every medical professional I have seen in the past 3 years has done). I would absolutely recommend Midi if you’re looking for someone to listen and hear you as a person rather than give you the brush off

My nurse practitioner with Midi is wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about my symptoms and what I have been experiencing. For the first time since my hysterectomy, I feel like someone listened and had compassion for what I’m going through. She spent time with me and before the visit was over, we had a plan and I finally had some hope. I highly recommend Midi!

I am almost 45 years old and was experiencing perimenopausal symptoms, such as irritability, moodiness, disconnected feelings with family and friends, brain fog/emptiness, long heavy periods, light vertigo and night sweats. I reached out to MIDI Health after seeing some positive reviews online not knowing if this would actually be the answer for me! The provider I talked with over zoom listened to me and actually cared about what I was going through. Prescribed me HRT treatment as in an estrogen patch and progesterone pills.. it has been one week and I am feeling so much better!! Irritable and moody feelings are gone. I’m sleeping much better at night and feeling productive during the day. My brain feels clear like I can think again! I am so thankful for MIDI. It took me over a year to figure out what was going on with myself, always blaming other people. Now that I have the hormone treatment I realize that was the problem all along! What a wonderful thing it is to have a place that specializes in Women’s health and care!!

My provider has not replied to my urgent messages and it's been 13 days! I sent many messages regarding my medicine a day overdue medical tests. All messages are being ignored. I am leaving the country for the summer and my health will be at risk because they did not renew my prescription as promised.

This was my first experience having a dedicated 30 minutes with a practitioner whose sole purpose was to listen to me and discuss treatment options for relief. She was prepared for the call having reviewed my questionnaire before, quickly discussed what she felt would be the best treatment, and then let me ask all the questions I had. I did not feel rushed, or dismissed. She was empathetic to what I've been experiencing and it was so reassuring! I was also able to make an appointment within a week of signing up with Midi and while my practitioner was running a few minutes behind to our appointment, she notified me right away to give me a heads up. I felt more respected in this visit than I have in the decades going to my regular doctor!

Excellent medical group!! I received so much support and the staff are so knowledgeable and attentive. A+++
