Dr. Kristy truly listens! In just two visits, I received the treatments that worked best for me. Billing issues? The collections team resolved everything with my insurance quickly and efficiently. Ladies, know that some doctors truly specialize in perimenopause and some don’t. I trusted a long-time doctor who didn’t listen, and it made my symptoms worse for a month. Find a doctor who hears you and knows the latest treatments!

Have had numerous symptoms of menopause & I can't take it anymore! Felt heard by the practitioner. Initially, they checked to see if my insurance was accepted (yes). Easy to get an appt quickly. Full health history taken ahead of time, during visit & symptoms. She asked me how I wanted to proceed with treatment (lifestyle changes, supplements, prescription hormones). I chose hormones. She explained thoroughly then called in prescription to my local pharmacy. I am hopeful they will work for me to feel better! I have a follow up appt scheduled for a month.

My first visit was about an hour long, and it was such a refreshing visit with a new medical professional because she knew about all the things I was struggling with, regardless of my weight or other factors. I am soooo glad I made that faithful leap to see a medical professional online from an advertisement. Best decision ever. Rachel genuinely cares about her patients, and she makes the time to actually get to know you and asks about things you spoke about in the previous visit, even when it has nothing to do with the actual visit. It's refreshing to be treated like a human instead of a number.
