I saw Victoria ARNP. She appeared genuinely bored, the visit felt more like an interaction at the DMV. There were valid reasons why I was not a candidate for hormone therapy at this time, but got very vague, generic advice on supplements. Not the answer for me.

Midi matched me with Shannon Donegan, a wonderful clinician who has made me feel heard for the first time in years! Shannon listens without judgement, asks questions to get to the source of issues, gives practical advice and orders labs when needed. I also get very quick an answers to my questions via their portal anytime I have had some outside of my scheduled visits. Their online pharmacy has been very easy to use and helpful too!

Better than any doctor in my area. Really helpful and understanding.

Horrible company….Im being charged for a visit when I never received the script for lab work or medication. And good luck reaching anyone by phone or email…literally took weeks to get a reply that basically said nothing…Save the hassle search for another company.

I had heard this was a reliable and legitimate service from friends. Unfortunately, the first time I made an appointment it was canceled the day before with no explanation (I had filled out all of the paperwork). I rescheduled, and after waiting 20 minutes, the provider never arrived on the call. I will be looking for another option.
